   Provide us with the relevent information for installation which may includes the following:

   • FTP acccount username and password
   • hosting control panel username and password
   • SSH username and password

   Don't worry if you have no clue what is what. We will guide you through.

2. Is our account information safe with you?

   We keep your information with the strictest confidentiality.

   To have a peace of mind you can,

   • Change the account password before providing them to us.
   • Change the account password again after we have completed the service.

   If you have specific concern, let us know and we are happy to take to you about it.

3. Do you do script upgrade?

   Yes we do. Please contact us for a quotation.

4. What if we were not able to install the script in 2 days?

   If all information are provided correctly and the system meet the requirement for the script installation, we will refund you in the even the script is not up and running in 2 days.
